Define each person who needs a phone extension, what features they need, and what hardware (desk phone, app, etc.) they will use.

List your main business phone numbers and tell us where calls should go during and after business hours.

4. Call Flow Components

Set up advanced routing features like ring groups (e.g., a "Sales" team) and automated menus ("Press 1 for Sales...").

Ring Groups A Ring Group lets you ring multiple users at once (e.g., a 'Sales Team'). Callers can then be directed to this group from a business number or menu option.

Auto-Attendant (Digital Receptionist)

Configure a menu to greet callers and route them based on the key they press (e.g., "For Sales, press 1"). This can be enabled for any of your business phone numbers.

5. Audio & Hold Music

Upload any pre-recorded audio files for your greetings or custom music on hold.
